Johanna brings a dynamic and diverse background to her role as Insurance Producer and Account Manager at Iron City Insurance Brokers, Inc. A Georgia native, Johanna grew up just outside of Atlanta, where she cultivated a lifelong passion for design and creativity. She earned a degree in Interior Design from the University of Georgia, but her career path soon took an unexpected and enriching turn—overseas to South Korea, where she spent several years teaching English.
Upon returning to the U.S., Johanna continued her teaching career in both university settings and virtual classrooms. After starting a family and raising two children, she found herself drawn to a new challenge: the world of insurance. Since joining Iron City Insurance Brokers in August 2023, Johanna has become a trusted advisor to clients seeking both personal and commercial coverage. She also serves as the firm’s Account Manager, ensuring seamless communication and service for a diverse client base.
Now based in Vestavia, Alabama, Johanna balances her professional life with her role as a devoted mother. Her global experience, strong communication skills, and commitment to helping others makes her a valued member of the Iron City team.
